​WHO IS COACHING THESE PROGRAMS?

Shelby, owner of Alpha Fitness Club, will be coaching both programs. She has 10-15 years experience in coaching - focusing in sports conditioning, agility, and strength training.

HOW DO I SIGN MY CHILD UP FOR EITHER PROGRAM?

Check our website (News section)! You'll be prompted to fill out a registration form. We will also have hard copies at our front desk. If you have any questions, please email alphafitnessclub1@gmail.com

​I SIGNED MY KID UP FOR THE AGILITY / CONDITIONING PROGRAM - WHAT IF WE CAN’T MAKE EVERY SCHEDULED SESSION?

Payment is made for your child's spot in the program, regardless if they will be able to attend all sessions or not. Pricing is not based on attendance.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THESE PROGRAMS?

WE ARE AIMING TO BEGIN THE WEEK OF JUNE 9TH - WE TRY TO BE AS FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE

AGILITY / CONDITIONING:
-
Monday and Wednesday morning: 9am, 10am, or 11am start time

Tuesday and Friday evening: 3pm, 4pm or 5pm start time

LIFTING 101:

No set schedule - these are individual sessions and will be scheduled when it is convenient for

WILL SESSIONS BE BASED OFF OF AGE?
-
Yes - kids will be grouped based off of age. We would not want to hold sessions with kids ranging from 10-16, since their experience/talent level would greatly vary. ​​

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR EITHER PROGRAM?

Cash OR Check ONLY - due prior to start of first session

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN EITHER PROGRAM?

We will ensure your child meets the age requirement of the selected program. We also require a parent-child waiver form to be completed and kept on file.
